Overview of Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on top quality products, but should your product not be satisfactory or arrive faulty, please get in touch with Ribcraft as soon as possible.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 working days for parts from date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your parts order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund.
If your item(s) have arrived faulty, please get in touch with Ribcraft as soon as possible.
Items Exempt From Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and within the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
– Custom/handmade products. (Including tube items such as Hypalon Handles etc.)
– Products containing hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gases.
– Sale items.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; please send this to our parts team including details of why you wish to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: the shipping costs will not be refunded for the order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item(s) to Ribcraft. Please get in touch as soon as you note that the item is faulty.
In line with Ribcraft’s commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality products, Ribcraft reserves the right to change the specifications and prices of items available on the website without prior notice. This includes an increase in shipping fees; in particular for larger items such as console windscreens.
Delivery charges are largely calculated at the checkout. On the rare occasion the delivery charges are incorrect, we may need to request additional payment. If this happens then we will be in touch with you prior to dispatch.
We work hard to bring you the best quality products, as fast as possible. Due to most of the Ribcraft products being handmade and ongoing supply issues as a consequence of the Coronavirus emergency; it can currently take up to 10-21+ working days to dispatch your order.

Although the website calculates shipping to many European countries, we cannot accept orders for deliveries to all countries.
If you wish to order from a country not within the website’s ability, please contact us directly for accurate shipping costs and lead time for the total items required. Upon confirmation of the order, we will send you an invoice of the final amount for the item(s) and shipping; your item(s) will then be posted upon payment.
We reserve the right not to accept orders for certain products that we are restricted from delivering overseas, for example; glues, solvent-based products e.g., solvent/primers, paints, antifouling, selected electronic equipment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s) to Ribcraft. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Ribcraft is not liable for any item(s) lost in transit nor do we guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
